Preschool Hours for children 2 and 3 years old is from 9:00 AM to 11:45 AM. Hours for 4 year olds is from 9:00 AM to 12:00.
Kindergarten Hours are from 8:30 AM to 2:45 PM.
Elementary and Middle School Hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Early Arrivals will be escorted to Extended Care (located in one of our preschool rooms). Classroom doors and main hallway doors will open at 8:15 AM. Children will have 15 minutes to prepare for the school day. Parents in 2nd-8th grades are strongly encouraged to drop their children off at the drive through at the front of our facility. Safety Patrol students will be there to assist your child out of the car and escort them to the front door.
Annual Tuition may be paid in full (and receive a 4% discount), in two payments (receive a 2% per child/payment discount), or in ten payments from June 25 to March 25. Payments are due on the 25th of each month and are late after the 1st of each month. A late fee of $45.00 will be assessed for all payments received after the 1st of each month.
Automatic Tuition Payments may be arranged through our "Simply Giving" program. Please talk to our Office Manager to make these convenient arrangements.
Multiple Child Discount for families enrolling more than one child. The oldest child will be charged full tuition. The second child will recieve a 10% discount. Any addtional children will recieve a 15% discount.
Registration and Material Fees include registration expenses and secondary insurance coverage while at school. Parents are expected to carry primary insurance coverage on their children. The total registration fee must be paid to reserve your child a place on the roster. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Book Fee covers the costs for the annual use of textbooks, computer sorfware, internet service, and workbooks. It is due in May 1st. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Extended Care is available from 6:45 AM to the start of preschool/school and following preschool/school until 6:00 PM. Billing for Extended Care is Monday through Friday. You are billed for EC after you have used the service, thus payment is due by the following Friday. If the EC bill is paid after the following Friday, then a $10.00 late fee will be applied. No child is permitted to attend Extended Care whose bill is past due. Any child left after 6:00 PM will be billed at the rate of $5.00 per each 15 minute period.
