Preschool

• For children from age two through age four
• Must be 2, 3, and 4 years old by September 1
• Teacher Qualifications: CDA or higher, Continuing Ed
• Assistant with Teacher
• Developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Accreditation: National Lutheran School Accreditation (recognized by SACS)
• Maximum Number: 2's=12, 3's=14, 4's=18
• We Participate in the State VPK Program

Elementary (K-8th Grade)

• For children from age five through 8th Grade
• Must be 5 by September 1 for Kindergarten, 6 for 1st Grade
• Teacher Qualifications: BA or higher (many have MEd), Continuing Ed
• Religion
• Students: Average to above average academically
• Students: Little or no severe discipline problems
• Spanish
• Recess and Physical Education
• Screening: KRT for Kindergarten, WRAT3 & QRI for 1st-8th
• Achievement Testing: Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS): 1st-8th Grades
• Accreditation: National Lutheran School Accreditation (recognized by SACS)
• Maximum Number: K=20, 1st-8th=22

Extended Care

• For children enrolled at Trinity
• Care-giver Qualifications: CDA or higher, Continuing Ed
• Snack provided
• Summer Camp in June, July, & August
• Accreditation: National Lutheran School Accreditation
• Open most Major Holidays
• Closed most National Holidays
